Stories from
the Journals of SubContact

These are actual transcripts from our own SubContact Sessions. SubContact is a natural process that nearly anyone can do. All that is required is the practice of mental imagery during relaxation, the belief that your subconscious will do you no harm, a willingness to go along with the story and to follow certain protocals.

The stories that spontaneously emerge from the subconscious are generally of a metaphorical nature. Metaphorical story-telling, whether myth, legend, parable, Hollywood film or SubContact, is one of the most effective tools we have for learning - about ourselves, others and the world we live in.

Some of the stories from the Journals of Subcontact have been included in our book SubContact: Slap the face of fear and Wake up your subconscious . And with the emergence of bin Laden as a symbol for terror, thus fear in our lives, we have revised the book to include this recent SubContact story.

We present it here as an example of how our inner storytelling resolves personal problems, such as the deep fear of change that 9/11 brought to our world.
